For the third year in a row, local, family-owned natural foods grocer Nature’s Food Patch Market & Café (The Patch), Clearwater and Downtown Dunedin, has been voted Best Health Food Store by the community in the Tampa Bay Times ‘Best of the Best People’s Choice’ campaign 2019 to 2021.

 

The Patch placed first, second and third in other ‘Best of the Best’ categories over the course of last year and, for the first time, took the gold title for Best Produce Store/Stand in addition to bronze level Best Juice Bar.

 

For three consecutive years, The Patch was runner-up for Best Grocery Store, competing with one of America’s largest supermarket chains. In Creative Loafing’s annual ‘Best of the Bay’ campaign, they received three first place awards from the Tampa-based publishing company: Best Gourmet Market, Best Place to Shop Green, Best Salad Bar.

 

For the fourth year in a row, The Patch was voted the county’s number one Healthy/Organic Retailer by Tampa Bay Newspapers’ ‘Reader’s Choice Pinellas’.

 

On a national scale, the store was recognized as a Progressive Grocer’s 2021 Outstanding Independent honoree based on the essential role it has played to ease the pains of the pandemic for the consumer.
