May! What a great month! Tampa Bay’s extraordinary weather this time of year reaches near perfection, always. It’s a beautiful time to be alive, so let’s get the most of it! Reestablish, rearrange favorite outdoor activities. Imagine new ones. Broaden horizons.
The opportunity to enjoy some remarkable fun, outdoors, is this year’s April 13-May 8 outdoor performance series of Monty Python’s “Spamalot” at Demen’s Landing Park in St. Petersburg. American Stage in the Park has thrilled Bay Area imaginations with such productions for three decades. I simply loved the show!
The fresh outdoors inspires differing degrees of “fun”. For example, the many-faceted spring yard sale, organized individually or neighborhood-wide, can be profitable in a number of ways. This May 2016 issue includes suggestions to boost expertise and potential success in this realm, and others. See page 34 for “Tips for the Best Yard Sale Ever: How to Profitably Give Unwanted Stuff a New Life”. The more you know the better.
On another note, author Judith Fertig offers wise words on how small shifts in our eating habits can reduce unwanted pounds and gain health (page 38). In “How to Reboot Your Eating Habits”, she introduces conscious eating habits that sound entirely doable!
Happy Mother’s Day to all the mothers and motherly others in life! You are loved.
As always, open your mind and read on.
