This meditation class provides an opportunity to develop a warm, peaceful, and loving heart. It includes a guided breathing meditation and a short teaching on how to train in love, compassion, and patience, allowing you to turn every daily situation, even difficult ones, into opportunities for spiritual growth. Each class will cover a small section from the meditation book ‘The New Eight Steps to Happiness.’ Everyone is welcome!
